ABCD - Viewers Review (American Born Confused Desi)

Seeing ABCD on the 3rd day of release was exiting !! :) Got Tickets on on Balcony Last Row after a huge huge rush  !! :) :)
The movie is definitely a FUN-PACKED Thriller !! :) What is nice in this movie is the Direction and Cinematography !! Shooting at America was refreshing for eyes !! Martin Prakkat and Jomon T John deserves appreciation !! :) Dulquar in ABCD was a variety!! and ofcourse Jacob Gregory and Aparna Gopinath were new findings !! :) BGM helped the scene setting a lot !!
The thing that disappoints many audience was the story line !! The movie didn't had a convincing climax and many scenes were out of story !! :)

Over all, if u want to make a FUN filled STYLE day... then go for ABCD !!
I would give: 3/5 :)

Amen Malayalam Movie Review

Amen is as said is really a "Divine Comedy" !! After watching the movie, just like everyone else, I had an "Amen Hangover" for two-three days.

The movie was so brilliant !! DIRECTION and CINEMATOGRAPHY- it was new experience !! They tried out several new shots in different angles and styles. The lengthy shots were the best part of the movie. The movie also had a song that was taken in just a single shot.

When it comes to acting, all the actors did a wonderful job !! Fahad was spectacular as usual. Amen helped Fahad to recover his lose from the previous movie. Swati Reddy's had a dream debut in malayalam. Kalabhavan Mani, Kulapulli Leela etc etc was also nice. The smiles in the movie also became popular. See the Smiley Trailer below:

The location designing was artistic and sweet. Costumes adds up a divinity to the movie. Makeup works were good.

Songs are lovely, especially "Ee Solamanum Shoshannayum" !!

Really have to appreciate each and everyone who worked behind the movie under the artistic captain Lijo Jose Pellissery.

Celluloid Review

First of all sorry for the late review !!

Anyway Celluloid is a pure classic movie. Really deserves many awards. Direction is classic and we could see a Kamal touch every where in the movie. Scripting is also neat. The language used in dialogs boost up the quality of the movie. Acting is so brilliant. Every one did there part well. Prithviraj Sukumaran as J.C.Danial was perfect. No doubt why he got the state award for the best actor. Songs are also pretty neat and efficient !!

We must also appreciate the effort behind making the set and location for the movie. They did a wonderful job in making the evergreen places like Capitol Theater, J.C.Danial's studio etc !! All in all, after you watch the movie, you will feel like a part of the great Malayalam Movie industry !!

Special Appreciation: Pattanam Rasheeed for his wonderful makeup works. Making up Prithviraj in almost five ways (young J.C.Danial, Middle Aged J.C.Danial, Old J.C.Danial, J.C.Danial on death bed, Harris Danial).

Da Thadiya Malayalam Movie Review

Da Thadiya directed by  Aashiq Abu was really one of the biggest variety of 2012. The film was released along with some other big films on the 21st of December, 2012. The film got a huge response, all over kerala. DJ Shekhar Menon starred as the hero in this movie, while Sreenath Bhasi, Nivin Pauly, Maniyanpilla Raju, Edavela Babu, Ann Augustin etc also acted some very important roles. 

The Movie conveys a great message of seeing everyone equal, whether they are fat, black, bald etc...

It also shows some of the recent issues to the audience.

DJ Shekhar Menon in his debut did a good work. I believe the plus point of the this movie was Sreenath Bhasi. He really have a bright future. Aashiq Abu, after many successful movies like 22FK and Salt and Pepper, did not disappointed us.  The script was simple but effective. The songs from this movie like "My Love" and "Enthaanu Bhai" became popular. Bijipal was able to win people's heart again with his music ! ! Cinematography was just brilliant ! !

The only negative i saw in the movie was that in the climax "it creates some doubts of reality" in people's mind. 

So I am really happy to give 3/5 for Da Thadiya !!
