First of all sorry for the late review !!Anyway Celluloid is a pure classic movie. Really deserves many awards. Direction is classic and we could see a Kamal touch every where in the movie. Scripting is also neat. The language used in dialogs boost up the quality of the movie. Acting is so brilliant. Every one did there part well. Prithviraj Sukumaran as J.C.Danial was perfect. No doubt why he got the state award for the best actor. Songs are also pretty neat and efficient !!
We must also appreciate the effort behind making the set and location for the movie. They did a wonderful job in making the evergreen places like Capitol Theater, J.C.Danial's studio etc !! All in all, after you watch the movie, you will feel like a part of the great Malayalam Movie industry !!
Special Appreciation: Pattanam Rasheeed for his wonderful makeup works. Making up Prithviraj in almost five ways (young J.C.Danial, Middle Aged J.C.Danial, Old J.C.Danial, J.C.Danial on death bed, Harris Danial).
